We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to support a variety of projects that drive our brand awareness and customer engagement.

The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support :

  • Assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials.

Market Research :

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.

    • Event Coordination :

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Assist in event promotion and follow-up activities.

    • Data Analysis :

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Prepare reports to measure campaign success and ROI.

    • Administrative Tasks :

  • Organize and maintain marketing files and assets.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

    • Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and trend.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
