Tasks

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email or chat.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint and determining the cause of the issue.
  • Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Process orders returns and exchanges efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field preferably within the toy or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism demonstrating a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
