Physically receive and ship products.Receive purchase orders, update sales orders, and manage tickets in the ERP system.Maintain accurate inventory levels and generate regular reports.Keep shipping, receiving, and inventory areas organized.Handle the RMA process to procure replacement products from manufacturers and vendors.Assist with managing accounts payable.Escalate manufacturer and vendor grievances as needed.Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.Continuously improve efficiency in shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.Coordinate project inventory and arrange product deliveries.Validate warranty services and license implementation as part of purchase order receiving.Assist in the disposition of recyclable equipment.Additional Responsibilities :
Collaborate across all departments to maximize overall client satisfaction.Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.Keep documentation up to date through the change management process.Document internal processes and procedures related to job responsibilities.Attend training and team meetings as required.Perform additional duties as needed.Qualifications & Skills :
Must be eligible to work and reside wihtin Canada.3+ years of experience in IT inventory management.Knowledge of inventory management tools.Ability to accurately track inventory and generate reports.Strong organizational and planning skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow.Process-driven with attention to detail and excellent follow-through.Solid understanding of purchasing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control practices.Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Don't miss out on this Warehouse Coordinator job in Edmonton, apply now!
