As a Solution Architect, you will be a key member of the team, utilising your unique set of skills and experience to deliver quality outcomes for our clients.
A respected consultant and Salesforce.com advocate, you will provide high-end consultancy services across the SDLC with a specific focus on analysis, solution design, hands-on configuration and delivery.
Responsabilities
- Understand and analyze the clients' existing technology landscape
- Provide technical guidance to the project delivery team, product engineering team and the client
- Take ownership for technical escalations within the project, while having the ownership of all technical aspects and keeping a positive relationship with the client
- Craft the architecture vision and roadmap required for driving the clients' enterprise transformation
- Create detailed architecture including recommendations for integrations, API / micro-services enablement, cloud migration, etc.
- Mentor and provide guidance to project delivery and development team
- Responsible for software development plans with a specific focus on quality and delivery efficiency
- Participate in design reviews with the client, project delivery team and the project engineering team
- Manage the development plan with respect to the skills, people and the training required to ensure smooth delivery of the project
- Conduct workshops with customer's teams to gather requirements, define End to End solution and implementation architecture
- In the design phase, serving as a key team member in facilitating requirements by collaborating with technical experts to develop solution and functional design documents to enable the development of final deliverables
- Keep up to date with newest features of Salesforce CRM while ensuring that the features released are working as advertised
Requirements :
Demonstrable expertise as a Solution Architect and have the technical aptitude required to architect and design solution
Salesforce Expertise : A strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
This includes knowledge of the various Salesforce clouds, data models, configuration, and customization options.
- Loyalty Program Experience : Familiarity with loyalty program concepts, strategies, and best practices. This includes understanding customer engagement, rewards structures, member segmentation, and program performance measurement.
- Expertise to develop and maintain methodologies, tools and best practices to ensure high quality, repeatable processes for the delivery of Salesforce consulting services.
- From eliciting requirements, through to solutions and training, you form strong relationships and provide a service that is second to none.
- Desire to learn and eager to extend your Salesforce prowess. Most importantly you love to share your knowledge with others.
- High level of initiative, ownership and relative autonomy, leading projects with ease and professionalism.
- Ability to analyse complex commercial objectives and processes to create documents, guidelines, policies and solutions which deliver tangible value to clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, structured problem-solving skills and a strong results-driven approach.
- Certifications : Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect, would be considered a plus
