Your opportunity :
Working under the general direction of the Director, Community & Learning Partnerships and Access Pathways, and day-to-day general oversight by the Team Lead, Community Partnerships and Engagement, the Coordinator, Community Partnerships, will assist in coordinating community partnerships and engagement initiatives such as workshops, events, symposiums and non-credit courses. The incumbent will support the bridging of relationships between UTSC internal and external community stakeholders, and support community-university partnerships and engagement in accordance with UTSC’s community engagement model and strategy.
The Coordinator, Community Development, will develop, coordinate and promote community engagement projects and partnerships with internal and external organizations, help to research new sources of funding, assist in writing grant proposals, and support local community-university partnerships and initiatives such as UTSC’s anchor institution strategy which have a profound impact on the institutions leadership role in the community.

USW Pay Band 12 $79,874. with an annual step progression to a maximum of $102,147. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation / Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
