Parts Clerk - Mechanical Dealership

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (40 hours / week)

Responsibilities :

Welcome and assist customers at the parts counter.

Identify customer needs and provide the appropriate parts.

Manage orders, inventory, and parts follow-up.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing top-quality service.

Collaborate with internal teams to address technical requests.

Experience or knowledge in mechanics (heavy vehicles, industrial, or agricultural equipment).

Strong customer service skills and a client-focused mindset.

Comfortable with IT tools and inventory management systems.

Bilingual (French / English) - required for communication with certain partners.
