The Fund has a multi-asset strategy approach to investing, with offices in North America, Europe and Asia to execute a global mandate.Role Overview : We are working with the Fund to recruit an associate, investments for the real estate team. This role is actively involved in all aspects of real estate investment and asset management.Core Responsibilities : Work closely with senior investment team members to (i) review potential real estate transactions (equity and debt) and (ii) monitor / manage the performance of existing portfolio investments Manage and actively participate in due diligence processes, including the development of financial models and the preparation of materials for investment committeeManage and actively participate in select portfolio valuation analysis Continually research industry and market dynamics across several asset classes including residential, office, retail, and industrial assetsQualifications : Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Real EstateM.Sc. in Finance, MBA, CPA or CFA designation are assetsExperience in analysis of real estate transactions (preferred)High level of proficiency with ExcelKnowledge of ARGUS (preferred)Good communications skills in English and French (or willingness to learn)Strong communication and interpersonal skills
