Associate Lawyer - Corporate Law

Currently, our client is looking for a junior Corporate and Financial Services Associate to join their national team of specialists. This position offers a collaborative environment where you can develop your expertise in Financial Services.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications :

• 1-3 years of post-call private practice experience in corporate law and / or financial services at a national or reputable regional law firm
• Experience in syndicated lending, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance, and securitizations is a plus
• Strong analytical and drafting abilities
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams
• Must be qualified to practice law in Canada
