About the role
We are seeking a Bilingual Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for our growing team!
As a Bilingual Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's future by hiring top talent. You will collaborate with our leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies, and work closely with the talent acquisition and HR teams to manage the entire recruiting process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
What you'll do here :
Proactively develop, plan, and execute full life-cycle recruitment activities, employing innovative strategies to identify the best active and passive candidates.
Build and maintain healthy candidate pipelines for current and future roles by sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the businesses you support, serving as their trusted advisor for all recruitment needs.
Provide regular updates and detailed recruitment funnel reports to your supported businesses.
Actively manage a pool of external candidates.
Serve as a company ambassador, effectively promoting careers at Intact.
What you bring to the table :
A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bilingualism (English / French) is required. Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
Proven sourcing skills.
Project management skills are considered an asset.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels.
