We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our Bus Division, overseeing customer relations within an assigned territory.

The RSM will manage all aspects of sales, from lead qualification and product presentations to quoting, order processing, and delivery.

This role requires a collaborative individual with a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, Crestline’s product advantages, and strong experience in the bus industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will :

  • Achieve sales targets, including unit sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction (NPS).
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, positioning Crestline’s bus offerings effectively.
  • Lead territory-focused market research, develop sales tools, and conduct regular customer meetings.
  • Communicate with production teams to align customer needs with Crestline’s manufacturing capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, update forecasts, and attend trade shows to represent Crestline.
  • Prepare preliminary quotes for inquiries, using marketing materials and tools.
  • Work closely with Sales Coordinators to finalize quotes and ensure timely order confirmations.
  • Follow up on quotes, manage expiries, and secure orders in alignment with customer timelines.
  • Complete the sales quoting process following established procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with Sales Coordinators and Administration to ensure order accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Accounting for prompt deposit invoicing after order receipt.
  • Monitor order and delivery statuses, minimizing change requests post-confirmation.
  • Capture and submit marketing photos of completed vehicles for promotional use.
  • Maintain updated CRM data and track sales opportunities within your territory.
  • Promote and maintain demo units, ensuring they are clean, functional, and readily available for customer demonstrations.
  • Support manufacturing of proof of concept, bench and prototype systems through troubleshooting, First Article Inspections, and review of Quality Escapes.
  • Assess risk through the development of a complete HVAC subsystem DFMEA.
  • Ensure designs meet Design for Manufacture requirements, and Design for ease of maintenance / service requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will bring :

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably with capital equipment in a B2B environment; experience with municipal and government clients is an asset.
  • College or university degree in business or marketing, or a combination of Grade 12 and relevant sales training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with CRM tools and quoting systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport, with air brakes certification if required based on vehicle need
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Proven low error rate in work, with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to support negotiations and relationship building.
