Responsibilities

  • Act as a key executor in implementing Gen AI global change strategies and action plans to engage stakeholders and ensure a smooth transition during organizational transformation
  • Contribute to development of Gen AI prompt library
  • Contribute to development and moderate a Gen AI Community of Practice, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among Gen AI stakeholders
  • Develop support materials for the leadership network and colleagues to provide guidance and resources for successful Gen AI adoption
  • Organize large-scale interactive engagement events to promote understanding, gather feedback and data, and build support for Gen AI
  • Develop, deploy, and analyze surveys to gauge employee sentiment, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of change efforts
  • Create stakeholder updates and develop communications to ensure transparent and effective communication throughout the change management process

Qualifications

Must Have Skills :

  • 3-5 years - Proven experience in change management, experience in independently delivering on change deliverables. ProSci or similar certification required.
  • 2+ years - Product / project management skills. Demonstrated track record of effectively leading and inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve goals and drive organizational change.

PMP, Product Owner, or similar certification required.

  • 3-5 years - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and experience. Keen focus on identifying and addressing barriers to change to facilitate a seamless transition to AI-driven methodologies.
  • 3-5 years - Experience developing and moderating communities, change champion networks, and similar groups. This involves;

developing stakeholder support materials (such as reference guides, visual aids, checklists, tip sheets, etc) and organizing large scale workshops and similar events.

2+ years - Experience analyzing data, developing and monitoring dashboards.

Nice-To-Have Skills :

  • Experience with modern engagement platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Linked-in, YouTube, etc) (most relevant)
  • GenAI experience / some exposure.
  • Human-centred Design. Design thinking. Agile

Soft Skills Required :

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Cross functional collaboration
  • Ability to effectively deliver independently in a matrix environment*

Education : Secondary education preferred
