  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in clinical studies while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Develop and write clinical protocols, case report forms, and study documentation.
  • Maintain expertise in clinical trial regulations across various geographies and study types.
  • Mentor and train new employees and contract research organizations (CROs).
  • Ensure timely collection and organization of study documentation per regulations.
  • Conduct clinical site visits, including domestic and international travel.
  • Support compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Must be legally able to reside and work within Canada.
  • University degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3-6 years of related clinical research experience.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience running cartridges and handling blood is preferred.
  • Background in Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Phlebotomy is an asset.
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and self-motivation are key attributes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience with medical devices and / or in vitro diagnostics (IVDs) is preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel for clinical site visits in the U.S. and internationally.
