Identify and resolve discrepancies in clinical studies while ensuring data accuracy.Develop and write clinical protocols, case report forms, and study documentation.Maintain expertise in clinical trial regulations across various geographies and study types.Mentor and train new employees and contract research organizations (CROs).Ensure timely collection and organization of study documentation per regulations.Conduct clinical site visits, including domestic and international travel.Support compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Requirements & Qualifications :
Must be legally able to reside and work within Canada.University degree preferred or equivalent experience.3-6 years of related clinical research experience.Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Mechanical aptitude and strong organizational skills.Experience running cartridges and handling blood is preferred.Background in Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Phlebotomy is an asset.Professionalism, adaptability, and self-motivation are key attributes.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Experience with medical devices and / or in vitro diagnostics (IVDs) is preferred.Must be willing to travel for clinical site visits in the U.S. and internationally.Don't miss out on this Clinical Research Associate opportunity-apply now!
