Job Role :

As the Program Sales Leader for the North American Renewals Team, you will lead a dynamic team of Renewals Managers dedicated to driving software agreement renewals and fostering strong customer relationships. This position requires a strategic leader who can align team efforts with organizational goals, optimize renewal rates, and deliver impactful results. You will play a pivotal role in designing and executing strategies to enhance customer retention and renewals performance while providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead, coach, and support a high-performing team of Renewals Managers to achieve and exceed renewal and retention targets.
  • Develop and implement data-driven renewal strategies that drive customer retention, boost renewal rates, and strengthen customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular reviews of team performance and renewal processes, identifying and implementing improvements to maximize efficiency and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to integrate renewal initiatives into broader business strategies.
  • Analyze renewal metrics (e.g., renewal rates, churn rates, and customer feedback) to identify trends, assess risks, and develop actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on renewal performance, presenting clear, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications :

  • 2–4 years of experience in program management, business operations, or a similar role, with a strong focus on customer retention and team leadership.
  • A mandatory understanding of how to interpret data to formulate strategy
  • Proven ability to drive results in a sales or renewals environment, with an understanding of what it takes to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Preferred Skills and Experience :

  • Experience in a renewals, customer success, or sales-focused role within a SaaS or software company.
  • Familiarity with customer success best practices and strategies for driving customer loyalty.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms, with the ability to utilize these tools for performance tracking and strategy development.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
