The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, eager to learn, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Responsibilities : On-site Technical Support : Provide timely and effective technical assistance to employees experiencing IT issues.Troubleshoot problems related to hardware, software, connectivity, and networking.Assist with setting up and configuring computers, monitors, peripherals, and other IT equipment.Perform basic maintenance and repairs on hardware.Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.IT Onboarding / Offboarding : Assist with the setup and configuration of IT equipment for new employees.Ensure the secure removal of data and access for departing employees.Inventory and Asset Management : Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.Assist with the storage and safekeeping of IT equipment.General IT Support : Provide assistance with software installation and configuration.Help users with basic troubleshooting and usage of IT resources.Maintain a clean and organized IT workspace.Assist with other IT-related tasks as assigned.Qualifications : Background or strong interest in IT hardware and software.Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and networking concepts.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Bonus Points : Experience with help desk or ticketing systems.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS).Any relevant IT certifications.
