Our Client, Capital Plumbing and Heating has been providing residential mechanical system equipment and service in Alberta since 2001.
We provide our customers with unmatched equipment installation and service for their residential plumbing, heating and cooling systems.

Our uniformed technicians are fully insured professionals, and arrive on time, with a marked van stocked with the tools and equipment to complete each job efficiently and effectively for the comfort of our customers.
Capital Plumbing and HVAC Maintenance Technicians are skilled professionals with expertise in a variety of residential mechanical system maintenance.
We are known for our customer-centric company culture, the quality of our work, and our reliability. Our customers know their home mechanical systems will be installed and maintained effectively and efficiently to ensure the smallest impact on our customers’ comfort in their own home.
We are currently looking to add some outstanding people to our team that have entered into or have completed one of the following trades (plumbing / gas fitting / HVAC (sheet metal)) .

As a integral part of our front line team that is the face of our company and helps make make Capital Plumbing and Heating successful, you will be responsible for scheduled customer home visits to offer assistance in the area of plumbing and heating, the things that help turn a house into a home.
Your role will encompass a wide array of tasks and responsibilities dealing with residential mechanical system installations, replacements, and maintenance.
You always represent the Capital with respectability and professionalism. You will test, troubleshoot, and complete minor repairs to mechanical equipment such as furnaces, motors, hot water tanks, humidifiers, Air conditioners, and anything else that falls into the plumbing and heating aspect of a home.
You are willing and able to provide intelligent and ethical recommendations for products and service options to customers to enhance their families comfort in their home.
Ideally you have a journeyman / woman trade certificate and / or a certificate in plumbing and / or gas-fitting, but we will consider people that are in their 2nd or 3rd year of those trades and want to be part of a company that supports the completion of those certifications.
Able to work safely and effectively with both your brain, and your hands.
Have a real interest in customer service and making people happy.
Are an enthusiastic person, motivated by personal pride and craftsmanship.
Are organized, able to prioritize and have strong detail-orientation
Able to work on your own, as well as to work with others from time to time.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English
Capable of lifting 35lbs correctly and safely as well as traversing stairs and ladders, and other areas where mechanical systems fit within a home.
A reliable vehicle (to get to and from work only), and a relatively clear driving record.
Willing and able to work an after hours on-call’ shift on a rotational basis.
Able to pass a criminal background check
