WHAT’S THE JOB?

We are presently looking for a Warehouse Team Lead at our Halifax branch.

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Status : Full Time, permanent, On-site

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for in this role

Carrying out and reinforcing Company policies and procedures provided by Head Office
Ensure excellent customer service and a safe and healthy work environment
Providing continuous constructive feedback in order to help warehouse personnel succeed
Collaborate with several appropriate departments on a daily basis
Follow up on stock, inventory and deliveries, maintain quality control, and ensure proper staffing levels
Identify areas of improvement and seek means to develop skill set needed
Ensure the smooth operations and efficient functioning of the warehouse
Execute other related duties as assigned

Here is what’s important to have to apply :

5 + years of warehouse experience with 2+ year’s supervising experience

Outstanding customer service skills

Computer proficient – Oracle knowledge is a bonus

Forklift experience is required

Excellent communication and organization skills

Ability to lift / push / pull materials (up to 50 Lbs.)

Building materials industry with engineered wood siding is a bonus
