womenMD, located in the community of Fairfield in Victoria, British Columbia, provides primary-care family medicine and comprehensive women's health management.

We specialize in Integrative Lifestyle Medicine for our patients, and are committed to providing optimal care.

In addition to offering Sexual Medicine, IUD clinics, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Menopause Consultants and an 8 week menopause educational program, we provide Mental Health and Resilience programs, and wellness initiatives that are available throughout the Life Span.

The foundation of Lifestyle Medicine is holistic nutrition, exercise, mental wellness and resilience and a sense of community.

These pillars of health keep patients out of the doctors office and assist patients to connect to their health at the ground level.

We are recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team of primary care providers! The nurse practitioner will work in collaboration with the physicians and other members of the womenMD team to provide medical care and treatment in a women's clinic setting.

Providing care to women from adolescence through menopause, with a focus on sexual health. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own panel of female patients and will have autonomy on how and when they work to serve this panel.

womenMD can assist the candidate build their practice. We hope the Nurse Practitioner who joins our team will also want to be a part of our clinic's collaboration and expect that they would find it both rewarding and fun!

Expected number of days of work per year : 93-

Expected number of days of work in a week : 2-4

Expected number of hours of work in a day : 6-9

Expected to work statutory holidays : No

Practitioner may take up to 3 weeks' vacation per calendar year. The practitioner will provide advance notice of at least 2 months of absences due to vacations.

Work hours and days are flexible and will be agreed upon, with a minimum workload of at least 0.5 FTE.

Patient population : Women MD clinic has strong focus on women’s health.

Attachment : Attached will be pro-rated to due to FTE 0.5.
