Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to Drive business growth across Canada by identifying and developing opportunities in the mining, metals, and mineral processing sectors.

This role is instrumental in expanding market presence, fostering client relationships, and delivering exceptional sales results.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and drive sales in the mining and mineral processing industries.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Conduct impactful presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and commodity insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Travel domestically approximately 50-60% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience in technical mining, mineral processing, or fixed mining equipment environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in territory development and management.
  • Strong technical background in metallurgy, mining, or mineral processing (highly required).
  • In-depth knowledge of various commodities and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%.
