At MYC Media , we specialize in high-quality printing, signage, and creative branding solutions. As a growing company, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Account Manager to help us expand our client base, strengthen key relationships, and drive revenue growth.
As a successful Inside Sales Account Manager, you will :
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities – Proactively research and engage potential clients to expand MYC Graphics’ customer base.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and satisfaction.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling – Identify opportunities to introduce additional products / services to clients, increasing their investment in MYC Graphics.
- Client Onboarding & Retention – Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients while maintaining high retention rates through proactive engagement.
- CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Social Networking & Industry Events – Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams – Act as a liaison between sales, design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Account Growth & Revenue Goals – Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
