Coordinateur(trice), santé et sécurité (préventionniste)
Sacopan Inc cherche à combler le poste de conseiller(ère) en santé et sécurité (préventionniste) pour son usine située à Sacré-Cœur.
Sous la supervision du directeur d’usine et en collaboration avec la directrice des ressources humaines, le (la) conseiller(ère) en santé et sécurité au travail est responsable d’animer les activités reliées à la SST.
Entre autres, cette personne est responsable de réaliser des audits, des inspections et des observations sur le procédé de production.
Elle participe à la mise à jour et la diffusion de politiques, de procédures et de programmes corporatifs. Le / La préventionniste est également responsable de la formation du personnel pour les sujets santé et sécurité au travail, ainsi que de la mise en place des meilleures pratiques en santé et sécurité au travail.
Responsabilités
- S’assurer de la conformité de l’usine aux lois et règlements en santé et sécurité au travail en réalisant des audits, inspections et observations sur le procédé de production;
- Bâtir et délivrer de la formation aux travailleurs concernant divers sujets en santé et sécurité au travail en lien avec le plan corporatif santé et sécurité;
- Informer et former le personnel sur les changements apportés et les mises à jour des différentes politiques, procédures et programmes corporatifs;
- Mettre à jour annuellement les différentes politiques en santé et sécurité;
- Préparer et mettre à jour les analyses de risques pour l’ensemble des postes et participer à la formation du personnel sur les mesures correctives et compensatoires;
- Coordonner le comité de santé et sécurité;
- Proposer des améliorations aux pratiques liées à la santé et sécurité de l’usine;
- Collaborer à des mandats spécifiques et courts projets;
- Animer la vie de l’usine en matière de santé et sécurité;
- Être à l’affût des derniers développements en matière de santé et de sécurité;
- Faire des analyses ergonomiques avec la méthode REBA;
- Être le point de contact avec la mutuelle de prévention et assurer le suivi des réclamations;
- Toute autre tâche connexe.
Exigences
- Formation pertinente au domaine de la santé et sécurité au travail ou une combinaison d’expérience et formation équivalente;
- Bonne connaissance des lois et réglementations en matière de santé et sécurité au travail;
- Faire preuve de leadership;
- Capacité démontrée à influencer et à agir comme agent de changement;
- Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes de communicateur et de vulgarisation;
- Avoir une bonne capacité d’analyse.

Sacopan Inc is seeking to fill the position of health and safety advisor (preventionist) for its factory located in Sacré-Cœur.
Under the supervision of the Plant Manager and in collaboration with the Human Resources Manager, the Occupational Health and Safety Advisor is responsible for leading activities related to OHS.
Among other things, this person is responsible for carrying out audits, inspections, and observations on the production process.
They participate in updating and disseminating corporate policies, procedures, and programs. The preventionist is also responsible for training staff on occupational health and safety topics, as well as implementing best practices in occupational health and safety.
Responsibilities
- Ensure factory compliance with occupational health and safety laws and regulations by carrying out audits, inspections, and observations on the production process.
- Build and deliver training to workers on various occupational health and safety topics in connection with the corporate health and safety plan.
- Inform and train staff on changes made and updates to various corporate policies, procedures, and programs.
- Update the various health and safety policies annually.
- Prepare and update risk analyzes for all positions and participate in staff training on corrective and compensatory measures.
- Coordinate the health and safety committee.
- Propose improvements to practices related to health and safety at the plant.
- Collaborate on specific mandates and short projects.
- Lead factory life in terms of health and safety.
- Be on the lookout for the latest developments in health and safety.
- Carry out ergonomic analyzes with the REBA method.
- Be the point of contact with the prevention mutual and ensure the follow-up of complaints.
- Any other related task.
Requirements
- Relevant training in the field of occupational health and safety or a combination of equivalent experience and training.
- Good knowledge of occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and act as an agent of change.
- Have excellent communicator and vulgarization skills.
- Have good analytical skills.
