IT Manager

We are seeking a strategic technology leader to drive the organization’s IT vision, ensuring that our systems, infrastructure, and resources align with business goals.

This individual will oversee all aspects of technology planning, implementation, security, and optimization to support operational excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute a long-term technology strategy, continuously evaluating current systems and exploring innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide information systems, ensuring they support both strategic and day-to-day business needs.
• Lead the procurement and maintenance of hardware, software, and IT services, collaborating with leadership to align technology investments with business objectives.
• Develop and manage annual IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while supporting the organization’s growth.
• Supervise the design, maintenance, and security of IT infrastructure, including telecommunications, data management, office automation, and enterprise applications.
• Establish and enforce policies to safeguard the organization’s digital assets, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Design and implement a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan to maintain business continuity in the event of system failures or disruptions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of desktop, laptop, mobile, and server hardware components.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing both local and wide-area networks.
• Proficiency with key technologies, including Windows Server, Oracle, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Office Suite, Skype for Business, and CRM platforms.
