Our Mortgage Underwriter's are proud of their Resolution and Customer Service badges earned, they are consistently focused on personal and professional growth. A successful candidate with CWB will display evaluation skills of risk using established criteria and current legislation guidelines. Establishing profitable and low risk parameters for loans, pricing, terms, and conditions with mortgage loans while valuing internal and external client successesRisk Appetite. Maintain and excel in vigilance within the market risk appetite while adhering to CWBFG policiesCompliance. Ability to efficiently analyze and evaluate supporting documentation provided by clients and brokers while staying in sync with industry compliance obligations including Privacy, Anti-Money Laundering / Anti-Terrorist financing, Internal Fraud Policies and KYCInnovative Solutions. Go beyond and hold high regard to creatively invent flexible and unique solutions for clients while maintaining adherence to CWB policies and guidelinesMentor.
