JOB SUMMARY
This position will Interface regularly with Business Stakeholders and IT Development teams to ensure that business requirements are met.
As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will work closely with Functional Leads, Solution Architects, Development, and Business Analysts amongst others in a highly collaborative environment, for all phases of the SDLC, including driving requirements gathering, design, set-up activities, configuration, testing, deployment, and user support for SAP and other IT applications / solutions.
The position holder must be able to thrive in an environment where change is constant. Our approach will necessitate close communication and collaboration with others, requiring solid communication and interpersonal skills.
This position Interfaces with and provides updates to Management on a day-to-day basis.

Reporting to : Solutions & Application Delivery Manager
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, implement, and test large scale projects and enhancements in SAP and integration with other systems with concentration on SD / MM / IM & WM modules
Participate in the full SDLC for miscellaneous enhancements and large scale projects, including estimations
Efficient in SD pricing procedure configurations.
Experience with web based ordering systems, SAP Based APIs, SAP based webservices, BAPI and RFC Calls, IDOC based integrations
Deliver project assignments on time and with high quality.
Collaborate with Solution Architect and other IS resources in designing and implementing integrated, enterprise solutions.
Work with distributed teams across various time zones.
Act as subject matter expert (SME) in assigned business and technical domains with an excellent understanding of business and system processes,
Provide systems and technical support (as required) to the business to ensure business continuity and efficiency
Interface with Business Stakeholders, IT infrastructure teams and Development teams to ensure that business requirements are properly configured
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Business Clients.
Coordinate training and rollout plans for new systems or enhancements to existing systems
Provide expert technical direction to developers on developing screens, forms, reports, and objects
Provide direction to Analysts and assigned contractors
Provide assistance to troubleshoot and analyze issues with the production system.
Ensure compliance with IS governance and procedures
Provide support (such as regression testing, post go-live support) on project initiatives
Provide training on system solutions and other tools as needed
Interfaces with and provides updates to Management on a day-to-day basis
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent field
Three to five years of hands-on configuration / development experience
Experience working on enhancements and projects through implementation
Previous experience working with SAP SD, WM or other ERPs in a Manufacturing or Distribution environment
Design, implement, and test large scale projects and enhancements in SAP SD-Pricing and integration with other systems
Participate in the full SDLC (scoping, business requirements, design, development, QA, deployment, post-implementation support) for miscellaneous enhancements and large scale projects, including estimations
Assist management in determining the scope and impact of enhancement requests and / or projects, estimating effort, and timelines
Ensure compliance with IS governance and procedures
Provide training on system solutions and other tools as needed
Work with distributed teams across various time zones.
Interface with Business Stakeholders, IT infrastructure teams and Development teams to ensure that business requirements are properly configured
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Business Clients
Experience to translate ABAP related development requirement including Reports, Transactions, User exits, BADI Enhancements, Query, LSMW, etc.
Act as subject matter expert (SME) in assigned business and technical domains with an excellent understanding of business and system processes
Work with business users to help them determine business requirements and translate them to system requirements
Make software configuration changes to support business processes
Conduct functional testing of developed / configured solutions, and provide initial support when moved to production.
Create and deliver BRDs, CRDs and other user documentation as necessary to ensure proper inventory and use of changed and newly implemented efforts.
