Rotomold Operator

A Manufacturing company is looking for a labourer to assist with Measuring powder resins by weight and filling a mold, then removing molds when completed using a hoist. We will provided training, Some drilling and grinding of plastic molds as well. The job strictly entails moving lumber and materials around the exterior of the homes, cleaning and various labour tasks. Candidates must also be prepared to work outdoors.

Responsibilities :

• Fills moulding tooling with proper resin / dye and weight
• Unload mould or tooling as required by machine time
• Visually inspect each part for quality
• Reject non-conforming parts as needed and places them in designated area.
• Ensure proper maintenance of tooling at all times
• Trim and deburr part and put in cart
• Maintains part counts for inventory
• Maintains cleanliness of work area
• Follows all appropriate safety regulations
• May be selected to perform duties based upon production demands

Skills Required :

Shifts : full time, days 7am - 4 : 30pm, Mondays to Fridays
