Job Description :

Our client, an Internationally recognized company, is looking for an Assistant Controller on a 3–6-month contract.

The role reports to the Controller and are a key member of the finance team working on financial reporting and process improvements.

Job Requirements :

Successful candidates will bring the following to the role :

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; Master's Degree or CPA, CA CMA designation an asset
• 5+ years of relevant accounting / finance experience
• Strong Excel Skills
• NetSuite and TM1 an asset
• Analytical skills – Ability to understand complex financial processes and identify risks and process improvements.
• Team player that works
• Experience in a large, complex organizations and ability to interact with all levels of an organization
• Prior work experience in the retail or CPG industries preferred
