We are MaRayTech Consulting Ltd an IT services company specialized in financial sector mainly to serve banks, FinTechs and Insurance companies. The chosen candidate will be expected to contribute significantly to our team by handling a range of administrative and data-related duties. After receiving the necessary training, the position will require you to be disciplined, motivated, and able to work independently in addition to being able to collaborate with others. In addition to general administrative and IT tasks like audits and recalls, the role's objective is to compile pertinent data from client correspondence and records into the practice system. The role will allow you to gain experience in many aspects of administration in primary care. Duties for an Data Entry Clerk
- Entering orders into an inhouse computer system.
- Good and accurate keyboard skills required.
- Working in a busy office environment.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Data Entry - using microsoft office - Excel and Word.
- Filing, scanning, printing.
- Working as part of a team. We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following :
- Data Entry experience if required within a fast paced environment.
- You will be able to use the keyboard's side numerical keys and type at a rate of at least 36 words per minute.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Manual handling is required to lift boxes from the pallet from processing and put them back once completed.
- Excellent attention to detail is required as the data recorded is critical information that cannot be inputted incorrectly.
- Ability to work in a targeted environment.
