POSITION : Technical Support - Electronics
STATUS : Permanent, Full-Time
LOCATION : Mississauga, ON
QUALIFICATIONS :
1-2 years of technical support experience in HARDWARE environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication abilities.
Experience in debugging electronics using various equipment.
Ability to work independently and in teams, with knowledge of communication protocols like J1939, CANopen, LIN, and Ethernet as an asset.
OVERVIEW
Assist the Engineering department with hardware and product validation.
Develop test procedures for new product development and test initial prototypes.
Support Production Test and Marketing teams, and troubleshoot hardware components.
Perform firmware verification testing and create custom configurations based on product features.
