Responsibilities :

Resident Care and Support :

  • Oversee the delivery of comprehensive nursing care to residents ensuring their physical emotional and social needs are met.
  • Conduct regular assessments to develop and update individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals families and residents to provide holistic care and enhance their wellbeing.

Team Leadership and Development :

  • Recruit train and mentor a team of caregivers fostering a compassionate and supportive work environment.
  • Supervise and support the nursing staff ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and company policies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance team performance.

    • Family and Community Engagement :

  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families promoting open communication and trust.
  • Collaborate with community organizations and healthcare providers to enhance the quality of care and services.
  • Act as a representative of SereneAid advocating for our commitment to excellence in nursing home care.

    • Operational Excellence :

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in nursing home care.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize service delivery and resident outcomes.
  • Manage resources effectively including staffing budgets and supplies to maintain operational efficiency.

    • Health and Safety :

  • Prioritize the safety and wellbeing of residents and staff implementing infection prevention measures and adhering to health guidelines.
  • Develop and oversee emergency preparedness protocols to mitigate risks and ensure resident safety.

    • Business Development :

  • Identify opportunities to expand SereneAids services within the community and beyond.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with healthcare providers retirement communities and other organizations to drive growth.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and the development of new programs or services to meet market needs.
  • Monitor industry trends market demands and competitor activities to position SereneAid as a leader in nursing home care.
