Payroll Intern

We are seeking a motivated Payroll Intern to join our team and gain valuable experience in payroll processes within a dynamic and supportive environment. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist with various payroll-related tasks, learn from experienced team members, and contribute to the smooth operation of the payroll department, all while growing both professionally.

Responsibilities

Assist with employee inquiries related to payroll (access, approvals, general support) throughout the payroll cycle.

Help support business partners with inquiries related to compensation and accounts payable.

Collaborate with the HR team to address payroll-related questions or requests.

Provide administrative assistance to the payroll team with tasks and deliverables as needed.

Gain exposure to payroll software and systems, including Dayforce.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong interest in learning about payroll and finance operations.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality customer service.

Bilingual (French and English) – written and spoken proficiency.
