Collaborate with multi-functional teams to analyse business requirements and design robust solutions using FileNet, IBM Content Navigator, and IBM Enterprise Records. Installation and Configuration of CMOD Components Should be able to Create / Amend / Promote / Maintain the CMOD components Develop reports into CMOD Develop custom components, workflows, and integrations to improve the functionality of these platforms. Ensure that coding standards are adhered to. Customize and configure FileNet, IBM Content Navigator, and IBM Enterprise Records to meet specific business needs. Build user documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and user manuals. Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support. Identify and address defects promptly. Work closely with project managers, offshore team members, business analysts, and customers to ensure successful project delivery. Implement security models, access controls, and permissions. Optimize system performance and scalability. Integrate content management systems with other enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR systems). Collaborate with database administrators to ensure flawless data flow between systems. Leverage APIs and web services for system interoperability.
