Job Description

What is the job as a Class 1 Driver? For 10 months of the year, you will be working as a Class 1 Driver. You will be driving trucks from the relevant distribution centre that have been fully loaded with beverage products for you, dropping off orders at client sites (7-10 per day,

5 : 30 / 6am - 3 : 30 / 4pm start at the relevant distribution centre
4 days per week, 10 hours per day (40 hour work week)
Shifts assigned Monday-Friday
28.87 / hr with overtime available

What is the job as a Warehouse Specialist? For 2 months of the year, you will be working as a Warehouse Specialist; this role will be during the winter season. You will be receiving palettes of beverage products at the relevant distribution centre, organizing orders for each client, having these orders wrapped, and someone will load the orders into the trucks for you. You will be performing physical activities and manual labour such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, twisting, pulling and bending. You will be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and using motorized equipment (Mofett and Transpalette) but all training will be provided.

Required Skills & Experience

Fully bilingual in French (does not need to know English).

Class 1 License or equivalent (otherwise known as Class A or AZ license).

Capable of physical activities and manual labour (up to 80 lbs).

Standing, walking, lifting, pushing, twisting, pulling and bending.

Can work the day shift 6 / 6 : 30am-4pm (4 days per week, shifts between Mon-Fri, 40 hours)

Willing to transition to a Warehouse Specialist for 2 months of the year in the winter.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Possess a class 5 or equivalent license.

Les quarts de travail sont attribués du lundi au vendredi.

28,87 $ / h avec possibilité d'heures supplémentaires

En quoi consiste le travail de spécialiste d'entrepôt ? Pendant deux mois de l'année, vous travaillerez en tant que spécialiste d'entrepôt ; ce rôle se déroulera pendant la saison hivernale. Vous recevrez des palettes de boissons au centre de distribution concerné, organiserez les commandes pour chaque client, ferez emballer ces commandes et quelqu'un chargera les commandes dans les camions pour vous. Vous effectuerez des activités physiques et des travaux manuels tels que se tenir debout, marcher, soulever, pousser, tordre, tirer et se pencher. Vous devrez porter des équipements de protection individuelle (EPI) et utiliser des équipements motorisés (Mofett et Transpalette), mais toute la formation sera assurée.
