Look no further! We're hiring painters for 2025-2026! This is a growing company based in Bruce / Grey County (Canada) that is looking for painters to complete projects all across Cottage Country!

There is an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the business from a management level directly from the business owner throughout the year.

  • The position includes :

Full-Time Hours

  • Paid Driving Time to Job Sites (Bi-weekly Gas Cards Provided)
  • Bonus Incentives
  • Autonomous work culture, with the ability for more responsibility / pay
  • Training and development will be provided as long as the candidate is coachable, hard-working and willing to learn.

    • Trained to complete professional painting work for interior and exterior painting / staining

    Requirements :

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Access to a vehicle
  • Preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to complete painting / staining projects and will be a pro in no time!
  • Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Coachable

    • Payment Structure :

  • We offer a base rate ranging from $18-25 / hour
  • High-performance bonuses available

    • Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the overall completion of projects.

    • Start to finish completion at a high standard of quality

  • Daily responsibility for the cleanliness of the site and the project
  • Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and business owner
  • Manage day to day project tasks for properly providing services to clients
