Role Description

As a Senior Consultant, with a focus on AI, you will play a key role in advising clients and shaping transformative solutions. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop strategies that leverage AI and data in order to drive growth and efficiency. This is a high-impact consulting role for someone eager to take ownership of client projects, contribute to business development, and grow rapidly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Advisory : Lead and support client engagements to develop business and AI strategy recommendations. Conduct market research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Solution Development : Translate complex data and emerging AI technologies into actionable business insights. Develop clear presentations and strategy documents that guide executive decision-making.
  • Project Management : Drive project delivery from kickoff to completion – coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring quality results. You will often act as the point of contact for client teams, maintaining strong relationships and client satisfaction.
  • Business Development Support : Collaborate with senior management in identifying new opportunities. Contribute to proposal writing, pitch presentations, and thought leadership. (Success in this area is rewarded through our bonus program.)
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other consultants to design and implement AI-driven solutions. Ensure strategies are not only insightful but also feasible and aligned with technological capabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with industry trends in AI, technology, and management practices. Bring fresh ideas to the team to refine our consulting frameworks and service offerings.

Qualifications :

  • Consulting Experience : 2+ years experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG or similar) required . You have a track record of delivering value on strategic projects and managing client relationships.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering or related field required . MBA or other relevant graduate degree strongly preferred (gives you the business acumen and leadership exposure we value).
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Exceptional analytical thinking and quantitative skills. Able to structure ambiguous problems, perform rigorous analysis (e.g. financial modeling, market sizing), and derive insightful recommendations.
  • AI / Tech Knowledge : Demonstrated interest or experience in AI, technology strategy, or digital transformation. You don’t need to be a coder, but you should be conversant in current tech trends and comfortable working with technical experts.
  • Communication & Leadership : Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Capable of turning complex ideas into clear narratives for executives. Experience leading workstreams or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset : Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, startup-like environment . Willing to wear multiple hats and take initiative to drive growth and impact.
  • Work Authorization : Must be legally entitled to work in Canada ( Canadian citizen or PR ). Our projects often involve Canadian public-sector partners, so this requirement is important.
