Part-Time Sales Associate - Event Industry

Location : In-Office (GTA)

Hours : 15-20 hours per week

Position : Temporary (Opportunity for Permanent Placement)

The Role :

We're looking for a driven Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a background in sales, product selling, and cross-selling . You'll be responsible for reaching monthly sales targets , assisting clients with tailored event solutions, and helping grow our presence in the industry.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to attend live events from time to time to gain firsthand experience on how we execute high-profile projects and deliver top-tier event services.

What You'll Do :

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Sell event services , including photo booths, entertainment acts, and premium event enhancements .
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize bookings.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets .
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and follow up to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand product offerings and market trends .
  • Attend live events to observe execution, learn about our services, and assist in high-profile projects .
  • Participate in networking events and industry trade shows when needed.

What You Bring :

  • Proven sales experience (preferably in events, hospitality, or a related field).
  • Strong ability to sell, negotiate, and build client relationships .
  • Knowledge of cross-selling techniques to increase revenue.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads.
  • A self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset .
