Job Title : Account ManagerLocation : Montreal, QC (Hybrid) Duration : 06 Months Contract on T4 (possibility of extension or temporary to permanent)Bilingualism (French / English) : Bilingual - Both written and spoken Job Description : Your job : -Know the structure, procedures and systems used by BNRI and support sectors.-Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by coordinating efforts with the various internal services and divisions of BNRI and the Bank.-Ensure that a high level of customer service is maintained with our clients by keeping them informed of all new developments, products and services available in relation to their business needs.-Ensure the timely and complete resolution of all customer issues and recommend improvements to policies and procedures with the ultimate goal of continually improving our service delivery.-Act as a liaison with the various operational areas of BNRI to ensure that tasks are carried out proactively and in a timely manner.-Organize regular customer meetings and document ongoing operational and service issues regarding the customer and BNRI, investigate, track and resolve.-Provide clients with advice on BNRI policies, procedures and training that directly impact their firm.-Provide process improvement recommendations that will improve the overall business relationship with customers.-Represent BNRI professionally at client meetings and professional events.Your team : The Account Director is part of a dynamic team that stands out for its exceptional level of collaboration in an environment that allows you to surpass yourself.
