Part-Time Bouncer
Location : Ted’s Bar and Grill, Mount Washington Alpine Resort
Position Overview : Ted’s Bar and Grill is seeking a reliable and vigilant Part-Time Bouncer to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong presence, ready to manage crowd control and uphold our establishment’s policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor the entrance and exit points of the bar to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
- Check IDs and enforce age restrictions in accordance with liquor laws.
- Manage crowd control and maintain order during peak hours and special events.
- Respond to and address any incidents or disturbances promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with bar staff and management to ensure a positive atmosphere.
- Provide assistance to guests as needed, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to protect both guests and staff.
