Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow solutions across various modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to optimize business processes by leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and recommend best practices for implementation.
Solution Design : Work with the ServiceNow development team to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
Workflow Development : Define and document workflows, data models, integrations, and configurations to support business needs and objectives.
Testing and Validation : Develop test plans, conduct functional and user acceptance testing, and ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow modules and features.
Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and ServiceNow administrators, communicating project status, timelines, and expectations.
Training and Documentation : Provide end-user training, develop user guides, and maintain documentation to support ongoing ServiceNow platform use and adoption.
Incident and Problem Management : Assist with troubleshooting, incident resolution, and problem management for ServiceNow-related issues, working with IT teams to ensure timely support.
Change Management : Lead or support change management efforts to drive adoption and ensure a smooth transition to new ServiceNow features or modules.
Required Qualifications : Experience : 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow (for mid-level roles).
7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with deep expertise in ServiceNow (for senior roles).
ServiceNow Expertise : Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other applicable modules.
Analytical Skills : Proven ability to analyse business requirements, design effective solutions, and produce detailed documentation.
Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting, data structures, and reporting functionalities is a plus.
Project Management : Experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering solutions on time and within scope.
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
