What We Offer
We are currently looking for a full-time Software Support Agent to join our team, starting immediately. If you have knowledge on POS Software, this is an asset.
Position Summary
The Software Support Agent will be responsible for resolving all levels of software related problems for our customers remotely. The successful candidate should be a self-starter and have the ability to work with limited supervision while maintaining excellent customer service. Please note, that this position requires regular on-call shift work along with weekend work rotation
