Job Description

Our client is a manufacturer of steel racks and cabinets, and they are currently looking to hire for Mechanical Assemblers.

A Brief Summary of This Position :

Working in a team environment the mechanical assembler will be responsible for the assembly and packaging of data communications cabinets and related products.

Location-Richmond Hill, ON

Shift- Days Monday -Friday 6am to 2 : pm

afternoons : pm - am Monday to Thursday

Pay Rate- style="background : white; vertical-align : baseline;">

Essential Functions :

• Mechanical assembly using hand tools (screwdrivers, drills, pop riveter etc…)
• Checking parts for quality.
• Packaging completed assemblies
• Ensuring order accuracy
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• loading / unloading parts and hanging on the line.

Remuneration :

In addition to a competitive salary and benefits all qualified employees become part of the companies employee ownership plan and participate in share ownership and profit sharing and are also eligible to participate in their group RRSP.

This position would become a permanent position after a 3 month probation period.
