Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Lawyer at Eidelmann Law Firm. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for civil and commercial litigation, legal research, drafting legal documents, client consultations, and case management. The role is based in Montreal, QC, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Experience in civil and commercial litigation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Client-focused with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and French
• Bar admission in Quebec or Ontario is a plus
• Experience in real estate law or commercial law is beneficial
