Our Client is seeking 5 Senior Business Consultants to work on 5 separate projects :
Project 1 : Organization Transformation
Project 2 : Service Transformation
Project 3 : Point of Sale System Planning
Project 4 : Establish Planning and Governance Practice
Project 5 : Security Program
There is a possibility the resource may be able to work remotely, though must be available for onsite meetings when required.
It is anticipated that there will be 1 working day or more in the office per week.
Must be Canadian citizen to apply and work within Alberta at all times, due to network and data security issues.
Skills Communication Skills, Business Cases, Senior Business Analyst Type Contract Experience Required / Mandatory Skills
University degree in business, management or a related discipline and four years of related experience; OR Two-year diploma in business, management or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and six years of related experience;
OR One-year certificate in business, management or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and seven years of related experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
Experience assisting clients to execute strategies with technology, process, organizational design and IT operations. (5+ years)
Experience at the senior management level or above in a large and complex organization. (5+ years)
Experience developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization. (eg. Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee, Branch Managers, End Users) (5+ years)
Experience developing and maintaining positive relationships across the organization, from front line staff to executives. (5+ years)
Experience with the development of business cases for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.). (5+ years)

Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios. (5+ years)
Experience creating flowcharts / diagrams / analyses, including but not limited to activity, process flow, data flow, entity relationship, mind map, roadmap / plan, gap analysis, organizational chart, SWOT analysis, RACI matrix, UI wireframes, user personas / journey maps. (2+ years)
Experience evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development principles. (2+ years)
Experience in managing projects within a large and complex organization. (5+ years)
Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of costs and benefits. (5+ years)
