Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Technical Administrator, Personal Lines, will be responsible for the oversight of the Aged Receivables (AR) for the entire Personal Lines (PL) department. This role involves communicating with various brokers regarding any past due AR and actioning the cancellation for non-payment of those files. The individual will also oversee Personal Lines transacting and audit the transacting of new business done in the prior day. The role requires a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Additional duties will be assigned by the Vice President of Personal Lines as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Oversee the Aged Receivables for the entire Personal Lines department.
  • Communicate with brokers regarding past due AR and manage the cancellation process for non-payment.
  • Oversee and audit Personal Lines transacting, including new business transactions from the prior day.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions and communications.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the Vice President of Personal Lines.

Additional duties and responsibilities may be added during the course of employment.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

    The Technical Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of the Personal Lines department.
