Receptionist

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in the hospitality industry in Toronto, Ontario, M3C 2K8. The role is for a Receptionist who will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations at our workplace. Responsibilities : - Ensuring a detail oriented demeanor while answering inbound telephone calls in a timely and detail oriented manner.- Responsible for greeting and directing visitors, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor logs.- Handling administrative tasks for the Corporate Services department, including drafting routine letters, managing filing systems, and updating policies, procedures, and other documents.- Maintaining an up-to-date directory to facilitate appropriate call transfers.- Developing, updating, and managing tracking spreadsheets to monitor various activities.- Demonstrating detail oriented phone etiquette and maintaining a pleasant, detail oriented in-person manner at all times.- Skilled in performing standard receptionist duties such as managing appointments and maintaining records- Willingness to work in a part-time capacity- Ability to effectively direct visitors to appropriate locations within the corporate headquarters- Capable of handling inbound telephone calls with a detail oriented demeanor- Ability to communicate in a detail oriented manner with all levels of staff and visitors- Skilled in detail oriented phone etiquette- Familiarity with the operations of a corporate office environment- Understanding of corporate culture and ability to uphold corporate values- Maintain a detail oriented demeanor at all times, especially when dealing with clients and visitors- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatoryRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
