  • Responsibilities :
  • 1. Financial & Accounting Operations
  • Lead
  • billing, invoicing, and collections
  • to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
  • Oversee
  • daily accounting functions
  • including expense management, accounts payable, and reconciliations
  • Design and enforce
  • internal controls
  • to uphold financial integrity and compliance
  • Work with external accounting firms to
  • optimize tax strategies and ensure accurate filings
  • 2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Deliver
  • insightful financial reports
  • to guide leadership decision-making
  • Perform
  • financial analysis
  • to assess profitability, operational efficiency, and business trends
  • Provide
  • data-driven recommendations
  • to optimize financial performance
  • 3. Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Lead corporate budgeting processes, collaborating across departments for accuracy
  • Develop and refine
  • financial forecasts
  • to adapt to changing business dynamics
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive
  • financial accountability
  • across teams
  • 4. Continuous Improvement & Compliance
  • Enhance
  • financial processes and best practices
  • for efficiency and scalability

  • Qualifications :
  • 3+ years of experience as an Accounting Manager or Senior Accounting Specialist
  • CPA, CA, CMA, or CFA designation required
  • Strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial tools
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to work cross-functionally
