Our valued defence client is seeking a Junior Service Desk Analyst to provide Tier 1 support to clients by phone and chat
remote. Open to candidates in Ottawa, Montreal, and Halifax.
After an initial training period during Mon-Friday business hours, the hours of work are Saturday-Tuesday from 9 : 00am-7 : 30pm EST.
Responsibilities :
- Provide Service Desk support to clients via telephone and chat
- Logging and updating support tickets within the Company’s Incident Management Application
- Resolving support calls in a quick and efficient manner while meeting SLA’s
- Escalate calls where necessary
- Complete company provided training to ensure you have what you need to fulfill your role
- Keep up to date with the latest technologies utilized by the Company
Must Have Skills :
- 2+ years experience as a Service Desk Analyst providing remote support to end users
- Experience working in a Windows environment working with MS Office Products
- Experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones)
