THE ROLE

The Premium Services Supervisor is responsible for managing an assigned level of the Stadium during live events. This includes personnel and operations management with support from the Premium Services Manager, with the aim of delivering consistent and excellent guest service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Motivate staff by creating, implementing, and monitoring service / sales incentives
  • Oversee daily operations in the Premium Services Department, including restaurants, clubs and in-seat service
  • Maximize the use of labour
  • Complete opening / closing duties as required
  • Ensure accurate consumption and inventory is recorded
  • Complete sales, inventory audits and recounts as necessary
  • Ensure staff follow all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure staff are completing their assigned duties in a positive, quick, and accurate manor while providing excellent guest service
  • Responsible alcohol service
  • Assist with office administration duties as required, including system administration
  • Aid all guests with their questions, comments, and / or concerns
  • Work together with Blue Jays representatives and members of Management team to ensure the operation is set for success by maintaining excellent guest
  • Work with staff and Management team to generate new ideas for food, service, and structure for the Premium Services Department

  • Smart Serve Certification
  • Management in guest service experience.
  • Conflict resolution.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Team player.
  • Able to work quickly under pressure.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Creativity
  • Understanding of safe food handling polices and standards. Certification is an asset.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
