We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to help us maintain accurate inventory records, prevent discrepancies, and ensure high-quality standards in our warehouse and production processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Inventory Control :

  • Track and manage raw materials, air filters, and finished products using our inventory system.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and discrepancy checks to prevent material loss or theft.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain and update inventory logs using barcode scanning and software tools.

Quality Management :

  • Inspect raw materials and finished products to meet quality control standards.
  • Ensure all inventory and production processes comply with company SOPs.
  • Identify and report defective or non-compliant materials / products.
  • Collaborate with the production team to implement improvements.

    • Security & Compliance :

  • Enforce inventory security protocols to prevent unauthorized access or theft.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or losses immediately.
  • Work with management to maintain quality and compliance documentation.

    • Requirements :

  • Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or quality assurance (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management software (training provided if needed).
  • Ability to lift and move light to moderate weights as needed.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and a team player.
