We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to help us maintain accurate inventory records, prevent discrepancies, and ensure high-quality standards in our warehouse and production processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Inventory Control :
- Track and manage raw materials, air filters, and finished products using our inventory system.
- Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and discrepancy checks to prevent material loss or theft.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and update inventory logs using barcode scanning and software tools.
Quality Management :
Inspect raw materials and finished products to meet quality control standards.Ensure all inventory and production processes comply with company SOPs.Identify and report defective or non-compliant materials / products.Collaborate with the production team to implement improvements.Security & Compliance :
Enforce inventory security protocols to prevent unauthorized access or theft.Report any discrepancies, damages, or losses immediately.Work with management to maintain quality and compliance documentation.Requirements :
Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or quality assurance (preferred).Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Basic knowledge of inventory management software (training provided if needed).Ability to lift and move light to moderate weights as needed.Reliable, trustworthy, and a team player.What We Offer :
