We’re looking for an ambitious and hard-working professional to join our Operations Team in the role of Senior Manager, International End-to-end Planning,
The Sr. Manager, International E2E Planning is accountable for end-to-end planning and coordination of supply into European and other International Markets.
Direct line responsibility to ensure robust assumption-based demand plans are generated for planning, strategy around inventory and logistics planning.
This role will require coordination across operations, logistics, quality and regulatory bodies to ensure high levels of service into these markets in keeping with all regulatory requirements within each unique market.
As a Senior Manager, International End-to-end Planning, you will be responsible for .
- Collaborate with International partners to ensure demand plans are in place across various planning horizons (13-week, rolling 18 months and 2-year plan) at the relevant SKU hierarchy.
- Perform ongoing analysis of weekly, monthly and future capacity to optimize inventory levels and maintain WOS targets both internally & International locations.
- Perform and justify Inventory adjustments based on POS.
- Project Management : Coordination of activities across regulatory, quality and planning to optimize cultivar allocation.
- Partner with cross functional team on regulatory compliance and permit management in global supply chain operations.
- Lead and influence in market inventory, logistics and launch strategies across markets to ensure best utilization of resources & assets.
- Influence and obtain volume consensus across Sales, Finance, Product Development using insight led analysis to demonstrate trends, performance, and future expectations.
- Monitor KPI results (FA / Bias, In stocks vs demand forecast, action significant variances, understand root causes and drive solutions.
- Participate in monthly Demand Review process for each of the international markets and provide overviews of latest volumes performance versus budget & latest estimate targets to Commercial and Finance teams.
- Translate business objectives into actionable analysis and own end-to-end analytics, and effectively execute solutions.
- Review demand and supply to understand constraints / bottleneck and propose alternative capacity or areas needing capacity improvement to meet demand.
- Ability to effectively facilitate cross functional team meetings in problem solving activities.
- Monitors inventory related systems to ensure accuracy of data and updates as necessary.
- Works with key stakeholders on process of running down inventory levels of future de-listed items.
- All other related duties as this role and business requirements evolve.
You would be the best fit for this role if you have the following .
- 5+ years' experience in forecasting, planning, analytics disciplines.
- Project Management capabilities- proven track record of leading and delivering cross functional projects.
- Regulatory compliance experience is an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems related to materials, scheduling, MRP, MPS preferred.
- Extensive knowledge Demand Flow, Forecasting, Inventory Planning
- Experience with data visualization and analysis using Power BI
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Works with high level of accuracy without direct supervision
- Strong Excel and technical / functional skills (Proficiency with Microsoft Office Productivity Suite)
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills utilizing data and reports.
- Strong negotiating skills
- Ability to lead without formal authority.
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
- Attention to detail, self-motivated, ability to multi-task and execute multiple projects on time.
