The compensation package for this position ranges from $58,000 to $68,000 on an annual basis.

What you would do :

Maintains regular contact with different departments to understand shifting cost and pricing strategies, indexing rule changes, as well as communicating progress on specific activity and concerns

Collaborates with sales, product support and other departments to implement approved cost, cost for price, and pricing changes

Collects, analyzes, summarizes, and presents key performance indicators (KPI) and financial performance data to improve and optimize margin performance

Identifies new Gordon Food Service private-branded products for assessment, development, and market introduction

Improves ranges / rules for items using Cost data and syndicated benchmarks so that our brands can be much more aligned with and responsive to local market changes

Collaborates with technical experts to develop and maintain process and reporting automation

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :

One to two years of product / category knowledge or previous marketing experience preferred

Bachelor's degree, a combination of relevant on-the-job experience and education, or an internship

Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

Must have good time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to identify, analyze, provide insights, resolve issues, and support decision-making

Active listening and openness to incorporating others' opinions

Must be results-oriented and have excellent team skills

Works cooperatively in team settings and building relationships
