Job Summary :
Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an commercial property portfolio, with a heavy emphasis on Industrial assets . The successful candidate will be responsible for tenant relations, financial performance, maintenance coordination, and overall asset optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Portfolio Management : Oversee a portfolio of industrial properties, ensuring optimal performance, tenant satisfaction, and value enhancement.
- Tenant Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing lease compliance.
- Financial Management : Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, approve invoices, and analyze financial performance to maximize property value.
- Operations & Maintenance : Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Vendor & Contractor Management : Hire, oversee, and evaluate third-party vendors for maintenance and operational services.
- Reporting & Compliance : Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure insurance and legal compliance.
Qualifications & Skills :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field preferred.Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in industrial real estate.Knowledge : Strong understanding of lease agreements, property operations, and financial reporting.Technical Skills : Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong tenant relationships.Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.Certifications (Preferred) : RPA, CPM, or equivalent industry designation.Valid Driver’s License : Required for site visits and inspections.To Apply :
